Treena Bursey is the Manager of the Albatross Hotel and Irving West Hotel, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Since joining the company in 2001, she has built her career through a steady progression of frontline, administrative, and leadership roles, gaining a strong operational foundation and a deep understanding of guest service.

Treena began her career in food and beverage as a dining room server and bartender before transitioning to the Front Desk in both Night Audit and Day Desk Clerk roles. She later moved into the administrative office, providing coverage for the Assistant Manager role and supporting scheduling, and day-to-day operations. After several years in this role, she was formally promoted to Assistant Manager and advanced to Manager in 2018. While she worked closely with the Irving West Hotel for several years, she officially assumed management responsibility for the property in 2024.

Treena’s experience has been developed through on-the-job training, allowing her to grow into a well-rounded leader with a practical, hands-on management style. She is motivated by helping team members grow, fostering a supportive workplace culture, and delivering excellent service that ensures every guest feels welcome. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and ATV riding.
