Steele Hotels offers our FTC Program to qualifying guests.
Once enrolled, you will receive one point for every dollar spent on room rates and food purchases in our dining rooms (before taxes).
These points may be redeemed for a variety of rewards. These include complimentary rooms, complimentary suites, suite upgrades, Steele Hotel Gift Certificates, Aeroplan Points, and various retail, grocery, and gas gift cards. To view, a list of available Rewards CLICK HERE
Enrolling is easy. Just fill out an application at any of our guest service desks.
When you enroll you will receive an email with a temporary password and the website, where you may check on your FTC account.
To collect points, just present the card upon check out. As a member, you are the only person who may earn points for your account.
To redeem your points, present your card to the guest service representative. Most rewards can be given on the spot.

Terms and Conditions
- Enrollment in the program will be open to government, corporate rate or higher, or after 3 nights stays at any Steele Hotel within a two-month period.
- Members will receive 100 points for packages booked.
- Points will not be awarded to third party booking such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc
- Points will not be awarded to an individual for rooms on a group booking.
- Points will not be awarded on weekly or monthly rates
- Points are only awarded to the member staying in the room.
- Meeting room rental, food, and beverage are eligible for points if paid for on check out. Not available on master bill invoiced to the company. Maximum 2000 points eligible (1 point per $5 spent, pre gratuity & HST)
- Points expire after 18 months of inactivity.
- This program may be canceled or rewards changed with 6 months’ notice given
