Shay Osmond

Office Coordinator | Long Play Capital

Shay Osmond is the Corporate Office Coordinator, having joined the organization in 2022. She began her career on the Front Desk at the Capital Hotel before transferring to JAG. Shay moved into the Office Coordinator role in 2025, becoming an active member of the JAG Soundhouse team and the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. Shay brings experience from a variety of customer-focused and fast-paced environments, including hospitality, housekeeping operations, food and beverage service, and retail management. Her early work in camp housekeeping operations, bartending and serving, and retail leadership helped develop her strong organizational skills and her ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Shay is a graduate of the Executive Office Administration program at the College of the North Atlantic in Grand Falls-Windsor and was a member of the CNA Honour Roll throughout her studies. Known for her positive attitude and willingness to help others, Shay is motivated by supporting her colleagues and creating meaningful, everyday interactions with guests and team members. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, hiking, and nail art, and continues to bring creativity and care into everything she does.
