Gayle Foley
Human Resources Manager | Long Play Capital
Gayle Foley is the Human Resources Manager at Longplay Capital, bringing over 18 years of experience across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, construction, education, health care, and hospitality. Throughout her career, she has held senior human resources and labour relations leadership roles, supporting both large-scale operations and growing organizations. Most notably, Gayle served as Human Resources and Labour Relations Manager on a major construction project in the province, where she provided strategic leadership in workforce planning, labour relations, and compliance within a complex, highly regulated environment, and as an HRBP with a global oil and gas company. She is well known for her ability to establish and strengthen HR functions in startup and evolving organizations.
Gayle is CPHR certified and holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Leadership, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Education in Post-Secondary Education from Memorial University, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is actively involved in her community, having volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters for several years and now serving as a board member, as well as contributing through board and leadership roles with KFFRC, Saint John Ambulance, and the St. John’s Choir. Outside of work, Gayle enjoys singing, travelling, and spending time with her family.
