Sarah Howse joined the company in 2025 as Assistant Content Designer, bringing a strong creative foundation shaped by both hands-on industry experience and formal design training. She previously worked with the organization from 2017 to 2020 as a server at Exile, balancing her role while attending design school and gaining valuable insight into the hospitality environment.

After graduating in 2020 with a Graphic Design Diploma from the College of the North Atlantic, Sarah built a diverse creative career as a freelance photographer and designer. Her work expanded into still photography and art department roles for film and television productions, allowing her to develop a versatile visual skill set across multiple media.

In her current role, Sarah draws on the experiences she has gained over the past five years, blending design, photography, and collaborative creative work. As part of a growing content team, she continues to learn, evolve, and refine her craft while contributing fresh perspectives and visual storytelling to the organization.

Sarah’s work has been published in EDIT Magazine, The Model USA, and PIE NL. She has also contributed to notable projects, including the Quidi Vidi Brewery label design for the St. John’s Women’s Film Festival.
