Executive Assistant to CEO | Long Play Capital

Gina LeGrow is the Executive Assistant to John Steele at Longplay Capital, bringing nearly three decades of experience in executive support and administrative management. She joined Longplay Capital in 2018 after a long career in the corporate sector, including serving as Executive Assistant to John Steele at Newcap Broadcasting and its subsidiary Steele Communications. Following the sale of Newfoundland Capital Corporation Limited and its subsidiary Newcap Inc., Gina transitioned to Steele Hotels/Longplay Capital Corporation to continue supporting John Steele.

Gina has extensive knowledge of administrative and executive requirements, making her a key contributor to the efficiency and success of Steele Hotels’ leadership operations.

Outside of work, Gina has been actively involved in community initiatives, including serving on the boards of VOCM Cares Foundation, K-Rock Children’s Trust Fund, and Daffodil Place Capital Campaign, and participating in the Employment Equity Committee at Steele Communications. She enjoys maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle, spending quality time with family and friends, walking, hiking, practicing yoga, and engaging in online fitness programs.
