Who Qualities for FTC enrollment?

Enrollment in program is open to government, corporate rates or after 3 nights stays at any Steele Hotel within a two month period. Points will be awarded on lower rates if booked direct with hotel for members.

Can you earn points when booking through Expedia, Booking.com, etc?

Points will not be awarded to third party booking such as  Expedia, Booking.com, etc .

Can you earn points for dining?

Collect points when dining in our restaurants or lounges (1 point per $1 spent, pre gratuity & HST). Excludes alcoholic beverages.

Can I earn points for group bookings or meeting space?

Points will not be awarded to an individual for rooms on a group booking  

Points only awarded to member staying in room.

Meeting room rental, food and beverage is eligible for points if paid for on check out.  Not available on master bill invoiced to company – Maximum 2000 points eligible (1 point per $5 spent, pre gratuity & HST)
