The Carriage Room, for your dining pleasure offers typical Newfoundland cuisine. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this splendid room features original painted murals depicting older English themes. Large windows overlook our majestic property, which adds a sense of tranquility while enjoying your meal. Traditional fare dominate our unique menus, from salt fish cakes for your breakfast, to crispy fried cod tongues with scrunchions and local partridgeberries and bakeapples incorporated in many desserts.
